I provide mental health therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults in Rockville, Maryland and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I have been a licensed counselor in the state of Maryland since 2014 and in the state of Pennsylvania since 2022, and have worked in the mental health field since 2011.

My approach to therapy includes cognitive behavioral therapy to identify self-defeating thoughts that prevent individuals from reaching their potentials so each individual is able to establish self-empowerment to find their own motivation for change. I also enjoy incorporating expressive arts therapy to facilitate the healing process through self-expression. In addition, I continue to receive training and attend workshops to further my competency in working with trauma and ACE (adverse childhood experiences).
